SuperSlow® Exercise Protocol Specialists

At Bodle's Personal Training, our goal is to provide you with the best and most efficient workout available. We are committed to strict and proper performance of the SuperSlow® method. This high-intensity, low-force strengthening protocol includes 1 or 2 20-minute workouts per week and focuses on 3 to 6 muscle groups.

SuperSlow® is revolutionary because it is counter to most traditional approaches to exercise, dismissing aerobics, plyometrics, Pilates, and volume training. The method's brief but intense fitness training sessions provide a complete workout that efficiently builds muscle, which in turn boosts metabolism, promotes weight loss, and improves overall health.

No longer do we have to train like Rocky Balboa—chasing after a chicken and chopping down trees in the snow. Bodle's Personal Training has exercise equipment that is easy to use and gentle on your body. Our facility is equipped with state-of-the-art machines, like SuperSlow Systems®, MedX®, Nautilus®, and Hammer Strength®. All of this great equipment is specifically designed for SuperSlow® training.
